Avokay is your private AI health advocate. It holds your whole health journey as one consistent record, connects what your doctors, tests, and records say, checks for gaps and contradictions, and turns it all into clear summaries and the right questions to ask. Nothing gets lost between visits, and your data stays yours.
Your ferritin was 18 ng/mL on the March 12 lab report — below the reference range printed there (24–336). Hemoglobin and the rest of the panel were within range. The same pattern appeared once before, in your June 2024 results.

How we protect it

- Single-tenant by design Your records live in a workspace of their own, isolated from every other user's — never pooled into a shared records database, never anyone else's "insight."
- Encrypted throughout Encrypted in transit, with encrypted off-site backups.
- AI terms in the contract, not the fine print AI processing runs on Anthropic's Claude: prompts and responses are never used to train models and are ordinarily deleted from Anthropic's systems within 30 days. We are working with Anthropic on a healthcare Business Associate Agreement and a zero-data-retention configuration — and until those are in place, your signed agreement states exactly which protections apply to your account, in plain language.

Avokay is built and operated by Kerotech Ltd., a Colorado limited liability company. It began when someone in our own family needed a better way to hold — and understand — a growing stack of medical records.
We're currently serving a small private pilot while we finish doing this properly: signed user agreements, compliance arrangements with our AI provider, and the unglamorous engineering that real privacy requires. If Avokay might help your family, we'd like to hear from you.
